2010 Mission Trip, August 5th to August 17th
We are now putting together a team for our 2010 mission trip to Guatemala.
Requirements:
- 1. A belief in the triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit
- 2. Believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior
- 3. A willingness to serve others
- 4. Be in good health
- 5. Ale to assist in carrying supplies
- 6. Hold a valid US passport
- 7. Have up to date immunizations including Tetanus and Hepatitis A
Leave for Guatemala on or about Thursday August 5th.
- We will help to build a church in the southern part of Guatemala.
- Minister with Pastor Oscar in his church and the community
- Minister to the teachers, students and parents of Amar Es Servir School
- Help at Amar Es Servir School
- Minister at Prince of Peace Mission Church with Pastor Haraldo
We will use a variety of methods to deliver the message of salvation to the people of Guatemala.
The Cost of the trip is $1800 per person. This includes your airfare, food, housing and transportation while in Guatemala. $850 for the airline ticket is needed by May 3rd. The balance of the funds needs to be paid by July 10th.
PLEASE spend time in prayer regarding your participation in this mission trip. The success of this trip is dependent upon our commitment to God, the mission and each other.
Several meetings will be required during June and July in preparation for the trip.
